For the First Time at Limmud Deutschland: Latino Kabbalat Shabbat with Judaísmo Pop
This year, Limmud Deutschland introduces something new: the Latino Kabbalat Shabbat, brought to you by Judaísmo Pop.
Over the past century, Latin America became home to a vibrant and diverse Jewish community — Ashkenazi, Sephardic, spanning multiple denominations — that built its own distinct identity, deeply rooted in warmth, music, and togetherness. That tradition is now coming to Limmud.
This is not your typical Friday night service. This is a Kabbalat Shabbat designed to be musical, inclusive, dynamic, and interactive — where joy and meaning don't compete, but amplify each other.
No Hebrew knowledge required. No particular affiliation needed. Just show up.
