Ilya is a marketing and communication professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. With a background in informal education and a passion for creative strategies, he has worked on impactful projects such as JDC’s Szarvas Camp, where he played a key role in building a strong online presence and developing campaigns that connected with diverse audiences across cultures.

Currently, Ilya serves as the Regional Manager for Masa Central and East Europe, where he leads the organization’s efforts to strengthen Masa Israel’s visibility and relevance throughout the continent. He focuses on raising brand awareness and expanding participation in Masa’s wide range of programs, which offer transformative experiences of study, volunteering, and professional development in Israel. Collaborating closely with Jewish communities, institutions, and partner organizations, Ilya develops strategies to reach local Jewish audiences, ensuring that more young Jews across Europe can engage with Israel and global Jewish life through Masa.
